I'm SO glad it's not 100%, right?
This has been every run lately - and more, since the temperatures have been rising rapidly to the mid-70's by about 7:30 or 8:00. These runs have been suffocating!

I posted earlier this week that "I'm tired of complaining about the heat and ready to complain about the cold again. Finally, today is great running weather, but it did come with sprinkles. I'll take it over the heat. It's been unreal......
