Derailed plans

Looks like I'm taking today as a rest day. And I have no idea what will happen with tomorrow's race after all.


  1. Oh no!!! I hope you feel better!!

  2. Oh no... Well, the race could be interesting, to say the least.

  3. Ok, don't panic. Look at it as though you are (literally) getting it all out of your system now so you will be feeling better tomorrow. :-) Resting today will make you fresh. The day before I ran one of my best half marathons I felt terrible. I almost didn't do it because I thought what was the point. I woke up feeling better and actually had a great race because I was so rested. Anyway, that is my own two cents. Obviously, you know your body best and I hope you feel much better tonight and especially tomorrow!

    I hope you feel better soon. Maybe it's a sign that you should take it easy tomorrow?

  5. eeew, I unfortunately have come down with the same issue, but thankfully have no race. Worse, my DOG also has the same issue and bad aim.... good luck. Hope everything "comes out OK"
