My new hero

Leo Manzano.
From USA today

What heart! After his gutsy qualifying performances I knew from the very start of the 1500 he'd be on the podium. Here's a guy with more skill, talent, and soul than built-in ability (He's only 5'5"). It's such a pleasure to watch him race!

  1. It was an awesome race! My 7 yr old ran the 1500m this year in track - he wasn't awake, but I taped the race for him.

  5. Oh agreed! When I saw him near the back of the pack at the start of the last lap I was so sad, and then to watch him was awesome!!! He has so much heart. :)
