*CAVEAT* - Read the posts above with caution. When I wrote them, I was healthy and rapidly improving. But since that time I've struggled with a stress fracture in my femur that wouldn't heal, mostly thanks to misdiagnosis and running too much, too soon. So I've changed a few things since then: I feel more fragile, and I've switched focus from running care-free to running carefully! Use your judgment to adjust your training to protect your weaknesses. And don't copy every blogger out there, least of all me :)
