Also a treasure? "The coffeemaker only brews water". Solution, of course, is to add coffee grounds to the basket.
I personally think that people who require these troubleshooting tips are probably dangerous when caffeinated.

Ha. That's awesome. I like the first one. The appliance is not plugged in. Solution: plug it in. I wish they had an audio version of this because if they did, the person would HAVE to speak in a sarcastic tone while saying such ridiculous instructions. Scary what people might have called to ask about and therefore prompt them to include in the manual.
