Irish Network New Orleans Launch Party

I have no pictures of the actual event. Just imagine lots of pale people and Jameson. I do, however, have a plethora of pictures of the dress I designed and sewed in a night...plus another night to hem (ugh, hand hems are boring).

This detail shows how the neckline stood out from my body (easy to do with proper lining and good interfacing)


And with my sweetie, who wants me to tell all of you that he doesn't really have a gut; his tux short was just billowy.

    That dress is so pretty! I'm so impressed that you made it in such a short time. Love the one strap dresses these days. And anything with detailing along the neckline (ruffles or flowers for me).
