This was the race in which I acutely tore my left labrum, which put me on crutches for weeks and eventually lead to surgery.

I'm an idiot. I ran this a few weeks before my hip surgery, and yes, it hurt like the dickens. And I was on gabapentin at the time, too.

I qualified for the CCC 10k "B" corral with this time!

My OTHER hip started hurting the week before this race, but I ran it anyway. It was terrible.
