I priced it and it's upwards of $500 and would not be covered on my insurance since it's not an approved procedure.Graciehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05641028266038110278noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1457833116563861494.post-91266951054940427552013-01-28T08:49:20.329-06:002013-01-28T08:49:20.329-06:00Tendon injuries are a bitc*. Tendons don't have much blood supply whether your running or not, and even if there is a little extra when you run, I don't think it will improve much if you're continuing to aggravate it. Maybe there's some sort of exercise besides running that will increase blood flow to your hamstrings but not aggravate it the same way running does?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1457833116563861494.post-84773946977039502632013-01-27T22:34:55.080-06:002013-01-27T22:34:55.080-06:00I don't even know what dry needling is!!!? Flats for me, too. Stinks, but it's silly (in my mind, anyway) to aggravate a wonky tendon for the sake of fashion. <br />Good luck with the dry needling! I don't personally know anyone who's done it. I'm interested to hear your take on it. Jenniferhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02640598057654968009noreply@blogger.com
