We did not do them oft...Track workouts are so hard! We did not do them often when I was in run club but when we did, it wiped me out. I liked them because I saw more people in the club than I normally would during workouts since you are passing by each other on your laps. We tended to do ladder workouts, like 200-400-600-800-600-400-200 or something like that, if I remember correctly. <br /><br />The humidity, though. Eeks.
